How do I delete a work place

I'm on level 13 and I just finished a workplace and now the goal says i have to have 2 sims apley for a job there but I need 12 sims and I Only have 8 also I get another sim at level 14 so how do I restart that thing so im back at build four workplaces please help

You can use a life point to skip goals.
