I think you choose the wrong ring. In order to get the proposal accepted you have to choose the "Eternity Ring" Which will cost you 20 LP. If you Choose the cheaper one, You'll rejected

It depends on what kind of ring you buy. The gold or eternity ring will be most likely yes. The silver is half half. Also, how full the romance Metre is. Hoped this helped.

You can actually use any ring. Go to the park or a place with cheap items or simply an empty lot. Then make the GIRL propose to have a higher chance of being accepted since guy sims don't really care about what ring you use unlike girl sims. Hope I helped you in a way. P.S It worked for me and I use dinosaur and mood ring in all my couples =)

The higher the price of the ring most likely they are too say yes so don't get the vending machine ring because it's the cheapest·

I think it actually depends on what kind of sims they are. One of my sims is a tycoon,while her partner is a sporty person. In my opinion,tycoons would want to be proposed with a really expensive ring, so i let the tycoon propose him with a mood ring. It works. :)

It's the ring. Did you choose the Vending Machine Dinosaur Ring? This may have caused the Sim to reject. The higher the ring costs, the more likely the Sim will accept.
