I have three sims married and I am only at level six and I want kids but I am stuck on this goal were you have to make two sims friends I can't finish it and I want kids

You can not, upgrade to level 10 or 15 to be able to have kids.

I have made a baby when my sims was only level 6/7. Girl, go on get enough LP and you'll be set to have a baby. But just remember, you have to become level 11 to turn your babe into a toddler! Goodluck!

Well, first you need ether 10,000 coins OR 9 LP's and then buy a crib in the store. Then place the crib where ever you want BUT you need 7 LP's to have a baby, also it takes 8 hours. hope this helps.
