How do I pass the goal where you have to place the lamp from your inventory into a house I got the basic home package but then sold it all before I got the goal?

Buy a lamp from the store, and place it inside the house

Simple! Just buy a lamp from home store and then press it. You will see a square-like thing on top. Then open the inventory. Place it from there! Thanks!
