How to get my sim to look at a telescope on tuesday

I am on the same goal and I am also not sure. I thought at first that you could buy it from the garden store, but you can't. So now I'm thinking that maybe you can use a telescope in the park, however I don't have the park so I cannot know the answer to this. So I'm afraid that I cannot really answer your question... so there wasn't really any point in me commenting! Sorry!

Your Sim can use their telescope at home. If you haven't already, purchase one from the Hobby Shop. It will go into your Inventory. At the Sims house go to the Furnishing button and select your Inventory. (It looks like a pouch). Inside there go to Hobbies and select the telescope and place it in the yard. Once you have done that tap on it and the Sim will look through it for an hour. If the Sim is a scientist it will give him experience toward a promotion. Hope this helps.
