How do I get 2 SIMS to break up?

I have 2 sims who achieved partners and I keep hitting complain and be rude without any success, even though this broke up other relationships. How do I get them to break up. I've already gotten them in other relationships and moved out.

If their married you have to keep on complain and then it should say divorce .

You have to click on one of the sims and it will come up with things you can do and you just have to press on COMPLAIN and do it loads of times and they will break up!!!
