Christmas update Santa problems
My Santa has stopped coming after two days can some one tell me how to get him back

The same thing happened with me and his quests became 75 it's all because i did the cheat someone help me too

I figured out one part of the solution if you go back to December 13th and leaving it there for a few hours than return it to the correct day the button for the quests should reappear but I have yet to figure out how to get santa to actually be there still experimenting :)

Mine did the same thing. Only now I am in a loop in the game that won't stop. I can do anything I want to my Sims but as soon as leave the game, it goes back to the same exact point in the game. I sent an email to EA games and they said because at some point in the past year I changed the time in the game, it has caused a glitch and the only way to correct it is to delete the game and reinstall it. (So I would lose all 19 of my Sims at level 35). :( So, my advice is: to anyone playing this game, do not change your time/date for the game, if you do it will eventually cause something to happen to your game and the only way to fix it is to delete the game and start all over.

@Kangapal: my game does that occasionally but using only the house I was in when I existed and it normally fixed itself when I exit again.

My santa have'nt come four 4 days because i use some kind of cheat to faster the year. what should i do to get santa back?christmas is 4 days ahead ;'(

I had that where I was playing for a awhile sending them to school etc. then I'd come back a few hours later to find it was back where I started so was having to do it all over again and again and again. I also couldn't connect to the iCloud to upload the game either. My game was like this for about two weeks until I read somewhere about turning off then turning on the iPad again. ( I don't turn it off just plug it in when it needs charging) Trying turning off the device before deleting game.
Back to the stuck Santa I am stuck on day 4 and nothing I do will put it back to the right day. I'm on 33% but Santa is still "fixing" his sleigh.
