I have this challenge that says: browse the internet to find the parts for a naughty/nice GPS tracker and i cant do it...plzz anyone help me :(

It doesn't mean the REAL Internet, it wants you to buy a computer on Sims and then "browse the Internet" on there.

Where could you buy the computer from? Like I don't see any computer.

I had the same problem. Go onto the home store, click electronics and buy a computer. Once your computer is in your house in an area your sim can get to, click on it and click browse the internet.
