It says purchase a fashion studio from promotions r us. How do I finish this goal. Please help me

OK. Follow these steps; Go onto your town map. Look around for the icon with the picture of the easel,football and guitar.. (It should be next to the picture of the cat and dog) Click on the icon of the easel and football and guitar and click the build button. If you don't have enough money send a sim to work. After it's built you can click on the icon and click the fashion designer and buy it!
