Need a Clue on Job Teacher
I am stuck in one Sim that just got a job as a teacer. How to increase a sim's skill as a teacher? I mean, what should they do? (i.e.; a sim must learn / does painting if their job is an Artist, but what does a Sim Teacher do? Read Encyclopedia from the bookshelf? Well, I tried but nothing seemed to happen..)

I was assuming they just upped their knowledge as they went along in this version of the sims. My people seem to be progressing well..

They just added a blackboard to the shop where you buy work props- that should help
