I am on the part to build a children's store but i can not find the spot it goes in please help me :)

Imagine your entire city as a square. The children's shop is almost in the bottom left corner, just below a small bridge. The image is a boy in a cowboy hat and a girl in a ballerina dress. It costs $7,500 and takes 8 hours.
