I can't unlock all 4 status, why is that so?

I tried to unlock using gym. the mobs are fully fed to giant and given a minor but 3 status seem to be the max. how do i unlock the 4th status

You should try to put the person and someone tht is a fast fighter or strong fighter depending on which thing you need. works for me but not everytime
