No matter how many times I train in the dojo I can't get the fourth stat

I feel the same way... I have 2 gyms running 24/7 since those challenages came out and I still cant get the 4th perk. :( I've alomst gave up on those and started back on clearing buildings.

I think I might have worked this out. Still testing, but each zombie has a natural boost (tough, strong, fast, lucky). I think you can only get a certain boost by winning against a zombie with their natural boost. For example, if you're missing a strong boost, you can train against the janitor zombie - who has a natural strong boost.
Anyone else confirm?

Yeah I finally figured it out. I've been getting all 4 perks now. Just train against someone that has the perks you are wanting.
