How do you get into the star awards when the theatre's locked?
This game is stuck on the star awards, but it won't let me in. i already purchased a dress from the boutique on the coast and everything, but the theatre is locked and won't let me in. even charlene keeps calling me and tells me to get into the theatre but i can't. it's been stuck like this for a few days and i can't act in any movies till i get in to the star awards. if this is unfixable, is there anyway you can reset the game?

Hi, i'm an a lister on the game and am trying to deal with this situation myself lately...you have to wait for the call and then you should be allowed to go into the theatre in downtown stardom...

Hi im an a lister i hav the same problem only i had the chance to get the dress then i did the st. patty's day update i went to buy the dress but whenever i opened the shirts tab my game force closed. the next day there was another update to remove the pattys day update and my game got reset to were it was before the pattys day update then i got the call for the awards but nothing for the dress i cannot buy the dress and charlene keeps calling me to attend the awards. wat is happening???

I know, you put on your best clothes, then go downtown, got to MT.PLEASANT AVE. Then the Star awards will be there.

First u need to dress oderately, then meet Charlene, she will say something about a dress in your wardrobe. Change it. Then she will tell u about the dress and question the guy from Starnews will ask you on the red carpet b4 u enter the theater. answer it correctly (as what charlene told you) then u'll be ok...

What if we're not even a high enough level to buy the dress?! I haven't gotten any movie offers and don't have enough for the dress anyways. So what am I suppose to do, just work at the coffee shop and raise my level by five? That will take way too long and be boring. They really should have thought this through.

You need to wait from the call from Charlene, like I said, you need to go to the Sushi Place after she calls, and then you go down to the theatre, and the person from Starnews will ask you questions, the please go in

First you have to buy the blue dress if you don't have enough money you have to work a star beans until you get enough money once you have enough money buy the blue dress and put it on and go to the star awards answer the questions the tv guy asks you after that you should be able to go in to the star awards

Okay then if you haven't gone to your closet and bought the blue dress with the star on the then right top corner please do so other wise you can't ge in. Then you go to Downtown then Mt Pleasent Ave. After you go there talk to the Star news reporter. Answer his questions then you can get in. I just did my rewards.

You have to talk to Charlene (you'll find her on Mt.Plesant ave or at Mr.Sushi's) snd she'll give you the 'adding new wardrobe items' needes for the dress. You'll still have to buy it- it's around $1, 200 I think, but its worth it. Also, when talking to Ray (Blonde Starnews Guy) it's Moralgui (the one with the i! ) and then music box. Hope this helped!
