How do i talk up and promote starbeans? i am walking around speaking to people but starbeans doesn't come up in the conversation. if anyone has answers please share!

Go to the star beans at the coast and i don't remember if it was right away or if you had to wait a while, but eventually a purple bubble will pop up at the little round table saying something along the lines of "loudly proclaim loyalty to star beans.".hope this helps (took me forever to figure it out to)
