Should I help the bartender?

Hi so at Club Coco, when I talked to the bartender Leah Robertson, She said that business is slow because everyone is going to the Venus Night Club. You can help her but it's for 5 charm. Should I help her? What will happen if you help her? Will you just do a commercial for her and then you'll get a decent amount of fans and that's it? Thanks!
