Should I use my charm?
In the Le Petit Cheval in the Coast, the lady that you can talk to says either, Use Charm, Leave, or make a scene. If I use my charm, will I meet max there?

No. Don't waste your charm on that.

You can bring your dates there if you use your charm. Since A listers have such high standards, (Bring them on a date at the leaky cantina and see what they'll say) I suggest bringing them there.

You can use charm when you go there, however you will have to keep using it. In order to be able to go to the restaurant permanently, bring a date there. After you do that, you will be able to keep going.
