How to redeem Gifts

How can i redeem my gifts? I have ben sent a gift i said after several hours you can get it. how do i get it and where should i look for it? I have tried checking my closet but its not there. please help!

It should be there leave for a day and check again if its there it will have a yellow speech mark above it p.s it might even be a gift that is usally locked
