Where do you meet Simon?
I heard people say you meet a manager named Simon and I got to level 14 and I didn't know where to meet him! Can you please tell me where in New York is he?!

I'm level 19 I met him at the hotel in NYC but he trouble I used 7 stars for his advice which was good advice but then he tried to make me lose my fans so I had to turn him down

He'll just be there around level 18 or so. He'll be waiting in the hotel bar in NYC and offer you advice on a clothing line you can do with the guy who owns the fashion shop on the coast. I understand he comes back again with other advice for more stars later. Not sure what level that one requires but I am presently at level 22, own an apartment in the neighborhood and downtown, the houses on both the coast and hills and the loft in NYC still haven't seen him for the second time. I am also maxed out at 87.5 milllion fans and am anxiously waiting for the next update....I imagine the network in NYC will open up with it as well
