Wait for call quests

So i keep seeing exclamation points from people and i end up starting quests. Right now I'm waiting for a call for Ephebicion, Lefty, and Starhomes. The thing is I've been waiting for a long time and i still haven't gotten calls from anyone. What do I do?

You might have a quest that is holding you back. You need to finish that quest before you get the calls.
