Currently they are unavailable. Does anyone know at which lvl they are available and what are they? Thank you.

What? But the second when I unlocked New York, Tera Lofts was available for me, however, the nerwork is still unlocked for me too.

Tera Lofts is the New York apartment. The only thing besides The Network that is locked is what's next to Tera Lofts which still doesn't have a name.

I think Llama means that the construction isn't finished at Tera Lofts. I just saw one of the movers in NYC he was helping with construction out there. I have no idea what happens with The Network nor when but once you reach level 21 or 22 you can see the Tera Loft's construction happening occasionally
