What happens when you reach the top of the A-List?
I am just wondering because I am B-List halfway I being A-List and I wonder if you'll still be able to play or if you go up even more ranks. Thanks:)

Yes, you will be able to play just like you're doing it now. The only thing you might notice is that you will get zero fans each time news come after you film a movie and it is released.

Yes, you'll still be able to play the game even after reaching the a-list & you will still be able to get fans.

Yes, you'll get more fans and get to enter every club. You'll also get more awards for best actor and so on.

IT's more fun getting to the top to be honest. There isn't much to do once you are there and you can't get anymore fans after a certain point so you get 0 or I even was losing fans when I was getting 4 or 5 stars on projects. And there aren't many new story lines or twists either (other then taking a deal from Simon to lose all your fans and go back to the E-list for 10k! --yea right! )
