What level does Miguel give you a quest? I'm level 15 and an A lister by the way.

Miguel gives you quests periodically, sometimes after talking with Charlene, your publicist. I'm a level 15 A-Lister as well and I've completed several Narcis/Miguel quests. Just wait it out. (:

I have rarely gotten quests from Miquel, infact apart from the (racy ) photoshoot they originated from Charlene( talk to miguel ask for dress to wear to the star awards ).
