I can't find Hills movie studio, I'm at lvl 14. So where can I find it?

It's in the Hills. Right next to the mansion that you can buy there is a gate with a guard sitting and reading a newspaper. That is Hills Movie studio.

In the Hills...like when you're going to down town there on opition to go to the Hills, It cost 50$
