How do u get the cheating French lady quest? I'm level 15 a list #1 with Max and idk how to get the French lady quest!! Currently have the film two crime movies quest and max never calls with crime movies.

U'll just have to wait it out. Max will eventually call with the crime movies that u'll need to complete ur quest.

Do you use Android or iOS? The Paris update is not available for the Android version yet. Max will call you and tell you about the French lady. It took me a couple of hours after I updated for him to call about it.
