Arnie wants to marry married French lady!
Arnie called me in his office and said he wants to propose to the married French women and wants me to do 3 romance projects in a week, I said no but then he said are you sure? and I said yes and he said great! and that was it, does that mean I am going along with her lie? It didn't give me a chance to tell him, is that OK or will it come back and effect me badly later ?

I don't think you'll ever get a 2nd chance to tell Arnie later if you didn't tell him in the beginning. By you turning down that challenge, it just means that you turned down 3 jobs and opportunity to make more money and increase your fame (if you haven't already maxed out your fans). I believe that challenge alone would've earned you almost $10,000, which would've been in addition to the money that you would've made for making the films.

After you update you will be able to go to Tokyo. You will talk to Max about a deal for a movie and that's where you get to tell him that the French lady is cheating. You will lose the movie deal but Max will give you another movie.

How in the world did you get Arnie to talk about the French lady? I had to switch agents because I couldn't proceed in the game in Paris without Max.
