I'm lvl 15 and i was wondering how to go to tokyo cuz my agent max told me to audition there i hope it is not in tokyo cuz i can't go there yet thanks to everyone who answers

You have to go to hills to use a plane if tokoyo is locked that means you need to update your game or wait a couple of weeks like 2 or 3

Go to the Hills. There's a little yellow bubble with a plane click that and it should have a couple of places including Tokyo. Then just click Tokyo! :)
