I am level 19 going on 20, but i still don't have the french lady quest. My game is updated and my manager is max. Plus, i have the festival quest and i chose heartless... How do i get the french lady quest? Pls. Help

You should have gotten that quest when Paris first became available. If you haven't gotten it by now, you might not get it.

I havent gotten it either and I am ar level 22. I believe the tasks are in some type of order and it could be we just havent gotten to it yet.

I'm on level 18 and I just got the quest. It doesn't matter when you get it, I think it's when you've accomplished the other tasks.
