Allowed into cool places level 19
I am on level 19 and they still don't let me in free at the restaurant at the coast or at the club in the hills. What do I need to do so that I can enter free like at the club in downtown?

Regardless of your level, those places aren't free like the downtown and neighborhood locations are. I guess because they're located in a higher class location, you should be able to afford to access them because you're a bigger star.

I'm on lvl 23 and i still cannot access these places. I think you need to buy the mansion in the Hills to get into that Venus club. Idk but that's what I've read from other forums.
