Just wondering about Max, Simon, and New York.
I am lvl 16 and so far nothing exciting has happened yet. I heard that stuff happens with Max? Does anybody know what lvl or is it just random? Also the Simon guy who offered me 10,000 and I can basically start all over. Should I? One last thing, what's the "under renovation" building in ny?

There's no specific level with max, its random.and about the fame, its up to you. But I think its kinda stupid to give all your fame away just to get 10,000 u can get that even for a 48 hr project.. think before you give your fame away, you gotta begin your career all over again from the e-list
