Answer from: Hi
But it said that to me too, but I ignored it and eventually it went away...
Answer from: TruGamer
If you keep messing with the time, the game will eventually force you to start over. SO STOP CHEATING!!!

I did this and that happened to me... I basically waited for REAL time to pass. Once the time passes everything on the game is back o normal. Example: say you moved you clock forward to 12:00pm...and it's really 10am... That guy is there...your energy is slow...but once it passes 12:00pm everything resets back to normal. Hope this helps!

I did the time cheat thing once and now it says it's going to take 3 hours for me to get additional energy instead of the usual 5 minutes per energy unit. Will this go away once the 3 hours passes? Also, I've traveled everywhere in LA and don't see this guy everyone's referring to. Where's he at?
Answer from: juicypinkx
The thing you can never get more energy within a certain time, the energy runs on your clock so if say it's 12.00 and you are getting your energy normally you'd get it at 12.05 rather than in 5 minutes. The game doesn't keep track of time passing, it keeps track of what time you should get the energy. That's why, you should only do the time cheat when you know you're not going to be playing the game during that time. When you get the maintenance guy just say who me? worked for me anyways

I just ignored the guy once, and my energy only refilled for a day, because last, last time, it took years to refill, but last, last time my game never forced me to reset my game.
