Stuck on the star awards
I've been waiting for 3 days and got zillions of calls from Charlene but i still can't get in and the blue gown is still locked :( do i have to reach level 13 to actually go through with it?

Yes you need to reach level 13 and then buy that gown for rs 1500 or more

You do not need level 13. I unlocked it at level 10. It will tell you Charlene is calling and she will say to buy it for about 1500 (I think) and then you will have it lol

You dont need to be level 13. I went to miguel and he says he has made a dress for you. After talking you will receive the notification on the bottom right that you have something new in your wardrobe.
