I always wondered if i should buy the house. Should i? What benefits do I get from it? I'm level 15 and that's the only house i could afford. Should i buy the house?

I have that house and you can throw proper parties there. If you choose small talk you get money and equivalent points back. It's nice as you can earn about $2000 from doing a 24hr party which is about the same as a movie I think? Definitely get it. I'm planning on getting the house in New York next because once you get up to level 17 you start earning good money. I just need to start saving
