I cannot get an entourage. Help!

To get an entourage:

Click on someone.
Chat with them.
Get their number.
Start a project.
Then click on the button with the people & the plus on it (near the camera).
Click on the person that you chatted with.
Complete "do a scene together" (5 energy).
