Changing co star to lover?

I think I have run out of people to talk to. Is it possible to change a co star to a lover? As I have many c and b class friends I could possible date if I could swap them to loverrrrrs :) thanks

First, are you playing on a list or hollywood, on a list, you can simply select someone who has co-star status for a date and it will turn o romantic but I think on hollywood you have to begin by flirting and then move on, Add me on Game centre both stardoms -A list: level 15 a lister and Hollywood recently started , leecookie@me.com / Alethea.A
