Puzzle 12 jars help

I'm stuck on the jars puzzle. You have 3 jars. 1 with 8 units of liquid 1 with none but holds 3 and another empty which holds 5. I need to get 4 units in the one that's holds 8 and 4 in the one that holds 5 0 in the one which holds 3. Really struggling. Any help?
