How do you increase your obedience rating??
I was just looking at my conform-meter and saw that i didn't have any stars (not even half!) in my obedience rating. how do i increase my obedience rating??

Bying buildings, I have 4 stars on level 20 not sure how to get 5, but I have all the buildings already

I have the same problem. I built all the public buildings, and my obedience rating is 4.5. Seems like a bug. Perhaps more buildings are coming soon... I also only have 4 stars for gluttony and consumerism. I guess I need to build a couple more Kwik-e-marts and Krusty Burgers.

The stop signs that you can purchase once you reach level 22 help boost your obedience rating but only so much. I bought and placed a ton of them and it only boosted me from 4 to a 4.5. I kept adding them and my rating still wouldn't go all the way to 5. Obedience is the last one I need to get a perfect 5 start rating and I can not seem to get it. Hopefully acquiring the Penitentiary and Town Hall soon with help.

The "Hail Ants" sign increases ur obedience rating and public buildings will like town hall and police station I think.

Just buy about £20,000 worth of stop signs and"hail ants" signs and that gave me 5 stars. Bit expensive but it works.
