Why can't I sign in?
I placed my grave yards and squished all the monsters, when I went to sign in about an hour later and it started me from scratch, I figured I'd log in to my account and get my Springfield back... I haven't been able to connect to the server ever since, am I alone here? What's going on?

No your not alone dude, I have the same problem but can't seem to find anything about why or how to fix it! it's very annoying

I had the same problem, i just started the new town and went to the origin sign at the bottom and signed in and it took me back to my original town.

I finally fixed my login problem. I removed the app then did hard reset (hold Power AND Home bottom). Added app back to ipad then started game.

Me too it has happened before and I have done what BIGkahuna said and that's worked but not this time....it's really pissed me off I worked so hard to get as far I had, and I never play games this is the only one I've ever played. Is there a helpline or someone we can call about it. The other strange thing is I still get a message saying my church was built but my Simpsons isn't there!!!! Help!..Should I try what guest suggested. Anyone else tried that?

I had the same problem I went mad added the game four times and deleted it 3 times but on the third go it said i was already logged in
