XP locked at level 24
I am stuck at 99120 XP and should have moved to level 25 but XP is no longer adding up and level is not changing

They haven't done level 25 yet but the XP will accumulate and carry onto the next level.

Level 25 is now available. However, based on the last two times this has happened (reaching max XP and having to wait for next level) the maximum XP it carries over is 34,996. Doesn't matter how much you earned after hitting the previous max, that's all you can take with you. I know I earned WAY more than that since finishing Level 24, but have the exact same amount I did last time this happened, so they obviously cap it.
