I'm on level 12 but the cool brown house is still locked, is there a cheat to unlock it?

You have to do the quests to unlock it. If you have not built Flanders house I think it will still be locked and you have to do some others too I think. I am almost a full level behind on some of the unlocks

Yeah I have it but only sometimes you can get it! Not joking also there's a cheat tap Flanders 120 times then make him shop at the Kiki mark then tap him 5 times.
