Both Bart and Homer is stuck on a quest
I'm on level 25 and both homer and Bart are stuck on their quest. I has 1/1 next to the it. Normally it has Done or Do It after the number of times you've completed the quest but I don't have that option.

I had the same problem with Marge, found that if I waited until she completed her task then put Moe's tavern into my inventory, she disappeared from my Springfield. When I put Moe's back she came back and finally the game recognised that she had completed her task. Moe's is the building that had to be built in order to get Marge in the first place. Not sure what you should do about Homer because you can't put the Simpson house in your inventory, but try putting Bart's treehouse away to see if it releases him from his task. Hope that helps...
