No quests are unlocking
I play a lot and since level 23 no quests have unlocked. I am on level 26 now and getting very frustrated

Me too! I have no idea what's going on. I'm on level 27 and I still haven't had any real quests since level 23. I don't even have the hospital yet! :(

Same thing to me, I just completed level 27 and don't evenhave the krabbapple apartment from level 22! I did use the unlimited doughnut cheat for millions of $ and every premium item. Think this issue is linked? I'd like to know.

Do not worry! This happened to me! So to pass time i decided to plant corn ! I planted corn and 2 days later pyscho-bob came ( to steal it ) and it gave me a quest to build the underground prison! It gives your righteousness 5 stars!

It depends what jobs you do with the characters to open new quests not what level you are! I'm level 28 now and I've only just got the Burns mansion and Wiggum house build opportunity and I've also not got the hospital yet or the Buddha temple and adult shop. You just have to be patient, just because your the level required to get it doesn't mean you have do e everything else required to open it. I know it sucks but its just how it is and once you hit level 28 they all open pretty quickly.
