Will i lose my entire game if i hit the exit button mid-game?

So i'm in the middle of a game....and if i hit "quit" will i lose my entire game or will that just put it "on hold" until i'm ready to draw again?!

You will not lose past progress, but you will lose whatever you are working on at that moment. so if you are drawing something, you will lose whatever you drew that round and will have to pick a new word. but you wont lose the winning streak. a lot of people use this to their advantage to get new words, instead of wasting coins on bombs.
