Switch from Facebook to username?

I have a username that I was using before I switched to using my Facebook. But I really want to switch back to using my username. The problem is that it won't give me the option to log in using my username anymore. Helppp meeee pleaseee!

All you have to do is go to the little button that looks like a gear and go to account then when your on account scroll down to where it says log out so log out then when you go into the game next time it will say Facebook or username so click on user name:)
