Help get unStuck at 309

One friend and I are at level 309... I'll send a picture then I'll get a notification that she has made a move or sent me a message or that she nudged me... But when I go in and draw... Still on level 309... She is havin the same thing on her end. It's the highest either of us has been and really do not want to start over at 1... How do we get unstuck??
