Secret Endings?

So, whenever I finish a level, I see a platform on nearly every level. I am thinking that there is something up there. Is this platform purely decorational, or is it actually something secret? And, if it is a secret place, how do I get up there? (Note: IOS version. I don't think it will have it on the MacBook. Although, I'm up for surprises! =3)
