Jumping in level 4-1

Everytime I try to jump to the edge of something, i cant! If I doulbe-jumps it rebounds me to the other side of the edge. How do I stop jumping off of walls and start jumping on ledges again??

Sorry, can't help ya. Have you tried deleting leps world then download it again? I know you'd lose your spot but it may help
