Lep's world 2 level 7-4

Im stuck in level 7-4. When jumped i fall into the the polls and die. I get as far as the flag. Thank u.

It's not polls they are spiked you can't hit them, you have to run and when u almost leave the platform u jump then hit jump again its hard but u can do it
