What is the highest level a zombie can be?

The highest level for a zombie is 25 as my zombie cards are already close at 24 to their highest skills

It all goes buy your card's strength. I have two cards, one is a higher level then the other yet the lower level is stronger. When you fuse you should fuse using the same classification. They will become stronger quicker then if you were to use a different one. Its all about how many levels it takes to get your card to the max stats. Plus you will always save money and gain more strength quicker if you fill up all six slots and use your strongest normal cards.

For N its 20 for N+ its 25 for rare its 40 for R+ its 50 and for S its 60 and S+ its 70.

It can't be cuz I have a n+ over lv 25 and it keeps getting stronger, I think n+ Max level is 30 because if u look at Wat nickisselling/s is saying all cards are apart from 10 levels
