Can a higher level card level up a lower level card?
If I fuse a level 40 card with a level 15 card will the level 15 card pick up the slack?

I don't think so. And also if it does it might not level up like 12 Times or anything like that maybe just 3 or 4 times. Plus you shouldn't get rid of a level 40 card just to might not do anything at all By The Way What Cards are you fusing

It won't that much and doing what you said would be a bad idea, it might get a few lvls at the very MOST.
